What is an NSN Online Account?
An NSN Online Account is a username and password you can use to get into your facility's NSN Customer Portal (and includes NSN Connect).
I work at a facility, how do I get an account?
There are a couple of possible ways to get an account set up:
You can ask someone at your facility who already has one to log into the Portal and add you (they can find it under Profile > Communication Preferences).
Or, you can call NSN Technical Support, and we'll get you taken care of...that's what we're here for.
